Oppgave:
In connection with the launch of the deluxe version of her latest album How to let go – in which Sigrid shares acoustic versions of the tracks – the artist wanted a set of short visualisers to help elevate the visual expression of the songs. In total, 15 videos were filmed over two days, with the city of Oslo as the backdrop for most of them.
Løsning:
In contrast to the pop star life Sigrid leads on tour, we wanted to show a more authentic and everyday side of Sigrid – life at home in Norway. But to lift it above the purely documentary, we also chose to make it slightly abstract – in one of the films, for instance, Sigrid floats above Oslo. Each video was therefore given its own visual concept, which presented an interesting challenge as we simultaneously needed to produce 7–8 films from each production day. Thanks to an enormously skilled crew, we managed to move at a rapid pace and get exactly what we needed for each film.
Resultat:
The result was 15 videos in just two days, which together have been viewed over 710,000 times.
