Oppgave:
Through the iconic windows of Engen you can see a new world of stories taking shape – a social gathering place in constant motion, filled with laughter, toasts and dancing. On the occasion of the opening of Adam Bjerck's new restaurant project Engen, Sølvrev was commissioned to create a promo video showcasing the restaurant, the atmosphere and the food that greets you as a guest in Bergen's new grand venue.
Løsning:
Our solution was to create a film inspired by modern cooking programmes like MasterChef, with close, detailed and delicate shots of the signature dishes, combined with footage from the distinguished premises. By using a fast and dynamic editing rhythm, we wanted to take the viewer along on the culinary journey to Engen – where you can enjoy long, elegant dinners, quick lunches and late nights at the bar. To reinforce the sense of historic grandeur and elegance, we also chose to use classical music, which gives a polite nod to the present day and recent series successes such as Bridgerton.
Resultat:
The result was a warm, elegant and flavourful video clip that will stand the test of time and lends itself excellently to use across a variety of platforms.
